Corporate Kit and Seal

The Corporate Kit is an official binder, with sections for required corporate documents, which you will keep up to date. It does not include those documents.
The Seal is an embossing stamp, used to make documents official.  The Articles of Incorporation, or the bylaws, may specify whether the corporation will have a "corporate seal."
This is an optional organizational tool that can be nice to have, particularly if the state requests proof of your corporate records.
