How do I delete a document from my account?

Unfortunately, our customer support team is unable to delete or edit documents in a customer's account. You are more than welcome to follow the directions below to delete your documents. 

To delete a document, sign in to your Rocket Lawyer account, and then:

  1. Open your Activities panel, by clicking on "Rocket Lawyer" in the upper, left-hand side of our website.
  2. Hover your mouse over the title of the document that you would like to delete. 
  3. An icon of a trash can should appear in the bottom, right-hand corner or the right-hand side.
  4. Click on the icon and confirm deletion. 

Please Note: Deleting documents is a permanent process, so please be sure you have all the information you require before proceeding.
