Last Will and Testament vs. Living Will

A Last Will and Testament (or Complete Will) is a document where an individual states his or her wishes regarding how their property and belongings will be distributed after their death and how minor children, if any, will be taken care of.

A Living Will (or Medical Power of Attorney) is a document which states your wishes regarding life-sustaining treatment in the event that you have a terminal illness and are expected to die within a relatively short time, or are permanently unconscious.
