If you would like to downgrade your 7 Day Free trial or paid membership, please follow these directions:

Make sure you're signed into your account, then:

  1. Click on Your Name located in the top right corner of your account, then select Account Settings.
  2. Click the Downgrade button.
  3. On the Downgrade page, select a reason for downgrading your membership, then click the Downgrade button. Once you click the Downgrade button, you'll receive a screen confirming you've downgraded your membership. You will also receive an email confirmation.
  4. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact customer service and they can confirm your account is downgraded.

Please note: After you downgrade your trial, you'll still have access to print and download any documents you've completed and legal answers you've received while you were a member.

Instructions for Requesting a Refund:

To ensure your request is handled properly, please call our support team or email at support@rocketlawyer.com with the email address associated with your Rocket Lawyer account and your reason for requesting a refund. Any refund issued can take 7-10 days to process.
