When I try to create an account, why is it telling me “Account already exists”?
If a message appears that says, “Account already exists,” our system has determined that your email has been used before. Even if you think that this is your first time on our site, your email may have been used to set up an account sometime in the past. If this is the case, you may sign in to your existing account by selecting the link that says, “Already have an account? Sign in.”
