How do I access or edit my account information?

To view or edit your account information, you will want to go to the Account Settings page.  

To get there, you will first want to make sure that you are signed in to your account.

Once signed in, hover your mouse over your name in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen and click "Account Settings." 

From there, you may select any of the pages listed on the left-hand side.

Account Details: View and edit your personal information under the Account Details tab on the left. This is also the location with the option to downgrade your membership. If you make any changes to your personal information, please be sure to click the "Save" button to save your new information.

Rocket Wallet: View and edit your billing details. If you need to change which card we use to bill your account, this is where you would need to go.

Billing History: By using this tap, you can view all of your Rocket Lawyer billing history. Note: If you need a copy of your receipts, you will need to send us an email or call our billing team.

Sign in Settings: This tab can be used to change the email address or password that you use to log in.
