South Carolina No-Fault Divorce

South Carolina grants both fault and no-fault divorces. If a spouse believes that the marriage should end on the grounds of adultery, alcoholism, physical abuse, or some other issue, then he or she can file for a fault divorce, and may stand to gain more.
